Who we are
Dental CRM is software for dental clinics in Canada, made by Thomas Delespierre (Ontario). Clinics use it for their schedule, finances, insurance claims and patient communication. Questions about this policy: thomas@delespierre.ca.
Sign in with Google
If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive only your Google account's ID and email address. We use them only to sign you in to an account your clinic invited you to (staff) or that you linked yourself (patients). We don't receive your Google password, contacts, files or any other Google data, and we never post anything to your Google account.
Patient and clinic information
Health and patient information in Dental CRM belongs to the clinic that collected it. We handle it only on the clinic's behalf, as its agent or service provider under Ontario's PHIPA and Québec's Law 25, and only to provide the service. Each clinic decides who on its team can see what; every view of a patient record is logged.
What we never do
We don't sell or rent personal information, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers needed to run the software (hosting, text messages, email), under contracts that protect it.
Where it's kept
Clinic and patient data for real clinics is stored in Canada (Amazon Web Services, Montréal) and encrypted. The public demo at dental-crm-omega.vercel.app holds made-up sample data only.
Your choices
You can ask your clinic, or us at thomas@delespierre.ca, to see or correct your information, or to unlink Google from your account at any time. Patients can unlink Google themselves from the portal's Security page.
